The 'Wedding Blessing' Encounter is the 37th encounter in the throne room and can only occur if the player allows his guards to let rabble through and the kingdom isn't enslaved.

The encounter text says "you are visited by a townman who says he wishes you to bless his wedding"

your options are

• give him your blessings (25% chance of +1 public opinion)
• refuse to give your blessings (nothing)
• condemn the wedding (25% chance of -1 public opinion)
• to the dungeons with him (+1 prisoner)(50% chance of -1 public opinion)
