The 'Wagon man' Encounter is the 34th throne room encounter, it is one of the many interactions with the Wagon man's trading company, a group based in Denland. The criteria for the encounter is that you haven't killed the wagon man and that you don't already have a trade route set up with him, if you do have a trade route set up with him and then you go to the wagon man's post and cancel the trade route this encounter becomes available again.

The encounter text says "you are visited by a representative of the wagon man, he says his master requests a trade caravan to be opened up between him and your kingdom"

Your options are

• Accept the trade deal (sets up a trade route)
• Refuse the trade deal (nothing)
• To the dungeons with him (-1 wagon men)(+1 prisoner)(50% chance of losing 1 public opinion)

If you send enough wagon men to the dungeon this option won't be available as the wagon man post will have run out of troops
