The Sudden Death dice game is the 49th encounter in the throne room, the amount of gold that he has to bet with is randomised between 50 and 300 gold.

The encounter text is as follows "a travelling Game Master visits your court and invites you to play a popular tavern game called sudden death, he says the game costs 20 gold per play and the prize is double your 20 gold (he has x gold to bet with) (you have x gold)"

your options are as follows

1. Play the game (20 gold)
2. Refuse to play
3. How to play sudden death
4. To the dungeons (+1 Prisoner)(50% chance of -1 public opinion)

if you choose to play, the game Sudden Death will be initiated, you can play until either you or the gambler runs out of money, as it's a game of chance a stalemate is likely unless you get a lucky streak.
