The 'Slum gold collector' Encounter is the 90th encounter made for the throne room, to happen it requires you have not donated any gold to the slums, also that the king of the black market has not donated any gold, so this encounter becomes less and less likely to happen as time goes on, as eventually if not immediately a kind king will be spawned into the blackmarket who will donate gold and prevent this encounter.

The encounter text is as follows 'you are visited by a thin looking man who is collecting gold for the slum folk of the black market, he asks if you can spare a few gold'

you have the option to either

• Donate 1 gold (-1 public opinion)
• Donate 10 gold (1 in 30 chance of +1 public opinion)
• Donate 100 gold (50% chance of +1 public opinion)
• Donate 1000 gold (+2 public opinion)
• Donate 10000 gold (+5 public opinion)
• Refuse
• To the dungeons (+1 prisoner)(-1 public opinion)
