The displayed text says 'you are visited by a man who identifies himself as a travelling 'Silver-tongue' and claims he can help you gain a higher public opinion with your people, or a lower one if you wish, for a price of course'

Your options are

• Pay 400 gold for +10 Public Opinion

• Pay 250 gold for +5 Public Opinion

• Pay 75 gold for +1 Public Opinion

• Pay 400 gold for -10 Public Opinion

• Pay 250 gold for -5 Public Opinion

• Pay 75 gold for -1 Public Opinion

• To the dungeons with him (+1 prisoner)

Each of the pay for opinion options has a 1 in 10 chance of failing, whereby the silver-tongue will flee with your gold
