The 'Sealed Pit' Encounter is the 29th encounter in the throne room, it can only occur if you have a fully upgraded arena and have purchased 'Arena Pits'

The encounter text says "you are visited by a fighter from the arena, he kindly requests that you seal up the arena pit as it makes the fighting much more difficult, he says unskilled fighters are easily able to best good fighters by pushing at the right time"

Your options are

• Agree to seal the pit (seals the pit)
• Refuse to seal the pit (nothing happens)
• to the dungeons with him (+1 prisoner)(15% chance of -1 public opinion)

(funfact: this encounter was added to the game when the developer got annoyed at how quick fights were ending where peasants were killing knights, but didn't want to remove it from the game)
