Throne Room Rebel Plotter - Huw2k8/warsim GitHub Wiki
The 'Rebel plotter' throne room encounter is the 32nd throne room encounter, it can only occur if there are more than 2 rebel soldiers in the rebel army and if you allow rabble into your throne room.
the encounter text varies and can be one of six different things
- your guards bring forward a man who is accused of plotting a rebel attack on Aslona
- your guards bring forward a man who is accused of plotting to murder you
- your guards bring forward a man who is accused of funding the rebels
- your guards bring forward a man who is accused of being a rebel
- your guards bring forward a man who is accused of trying to spread the message of the rebellion
- your guards bring forward a man who is accused of speaking highly of Faradal the Kinslayer
your options are
- Ask him to explain himself
- Execute this rebel scum
- To the Dungeons with him
- Release him
If you ask him to explain himself he will either protest and defend himself or admit his guilt, you may following this ask the arresting guard for a statement which is usually a definitive way to tell if they are guilty or not, though it is random.
if you release him and he is a criminal you have a 50% chance of -1 public opinion, however if they are innocent you have a 50% chance of +1 public opinion, this is the same of executing or imprisoning him however if you imprison him you gain a prisoner regardless of his innocence.
The best option in this encounter is choosing to imprison them as you will never find out if they are truly guilty and thus cannot lose public opinion but gain a prisoner
