The praise giver encounter is the 52nd encounter in the throne room, requires public opinion greater than 50 and rabble allowed in your court.

this encounter is a randomly generated encounter (there are 90 possible intro texts, here are three examples)

• You are visited by a guildsman who says you are doing a great job
• You are visited by a mercenary soldier who says 'many compliments from the people'
• You are visited by a local hunter who says your wonderful work has been noticed by the people

your options are

1. thank him (10% chance of +1 public opinion)
2. say nothing
3. to the dungeons with him (40% chance of -1 public opinion)(+1 prisoner)

The only sensible option is to choose to thank him as it yields a free chance at getting a public opinion increase, but when are you savages sensible...
