The 'Magic Fruit' encounter is the 20th encounter in the throne room, the encounter can only happen if the player doesn't have the slave kingdom law enacted.

There are two separate encounters it can be:

• "you are visited by a townman who claims to have come in possession of a magical fruit, he claims it can be fed to soldiers to make them stronger and asks for 10 gold for it, he calls it bluetrii and claims it has come from a magical farm

• "you are visited by a townman who claims to have come in possession of a basket full of magical fruit, he claims it can be fed to soldiers to make them stronger and asks for 50 gold for it, he calls it bluetrii and claims it has come from a magical farm"

Your options are

• Buy the fruit(s) (either 10 gold or 50 gold) (gain bluetrii fruit)
• Seize the fruit(s) (20% chance of -1 public opinion)
• Refuse (nothing happens)
• To the dungeons with him (50% chance of -1 public opinion)

The bluetrii bought here can be sold for much more so the prices are good
