The 'Knight for Horde' encounter is the 72nd encounter at the throne room, this encounter can only happen if the demon horde is active (1500 demons or higher) but not if you are a demon king.

The encounter text can say one of six different flavor texts

• "you are visited by a knight who says 'I have come to pledge myself to you in this dire time, we shall see the demon horde fall'"
• "you are visited by a knight who says 'I have come to fight for the good of the living... the demon's shall fall'"
• "you are visited by a knight who says 'The Demons must fall, I pledge you my sword in this effort'"
• "you are visited by a knight who says 'We must stop the demons at all costs"
• "you are visited by a knight who says 'I have come out of retirement to fight the demons, they must be stopped'"
• "you are visited by a knight who says 'I saw a demon in the south, they have grown brazen, we must stop them'"

Your options are

• Accept his pledge (+1 Knight)
• Refuse his pledge (nothing)
• To the dungeons with him (+1 prisoner +50% chance of -1 public opinion)
