The 'Militia Joiner' Encounter is the 65th encounter made for the throne room, it requires there to be at least one member of the aslona militia which means the encounter wont happen if you have hired all available militia peasants, or if the militia has been destroyed, outlawed or disbanded.

The encounter text is random and can be one of 10 possible outcomes, there are two different types, regular militia members and banned ex-militia members, the two encounters are different in their approach and outcomes

The first encounter has the following texts

• "you are visited by a member of the Aslona Militia who wishes to fight for you directly"
• "you are visited by a member of the Aslona Militia who claims the militia is run by fools and he wishes to serve your directly"
• "you are visited by a member of the Aslona Militia, he says he has served as a militia fighter in his rags, but now it is time for him to serve as a soldier of the Aslona army"
• "you are visited by a member of the Aslona Militia who says he has been given permission by the militia leader to apply to join the army, which he wishes to do"
• "you are visited by a member of the Aslona Militia, he begs you to allow him into the army where the real glory is"

your choices are:

• Accept him (militia loses one troop, you gain a soldier)
• Reject him
• Reject him and ban him from the militia (militia loses a troop)
• To the dungeons with him (-1 militia troop +1 prisoner 50% chance of losing 2 public opinion)

The second encounter has the following texts (regardless of this encounters outcome the militia loses a troop)

• "you are visited by a ex-member of the Aslona Militia who wishes to fight for you directly as he was kicked out of the militia"
• "you are visited by a ex-member of the Aslona Militia, he says they removed him for being to violent, he wants to join your army instead"
• "you are visited by a ex-member of the Aslona Militia, he says he was wrongly removed from the militia and seeks to join you"
• "you are visited by a ex-member of the Aslona Militia who says the militia banned him for no reason and he wants to fight for you"
• "you are visited by a ex-member of the Aslona Militia who says he was banned after getting into a fistfight with another militia member over battle loot"

your choices are:

• Accept him (you gain a soldier)(10% chance of -1 public opinion for accepting rogues into your army)
• Reject him
• Execute him
• To the dungeons with him (+1 prisoner)
