The 'Invisible Cloak' Encounter is the 100th encounter made for the throne room, it can only occur if you allow no rabble in your court, it is a reference to the Emperor's New Clothes

The encounter text is as follows, "you are visited by a man who claims to be a famous silkweaver, he looks into a big sack and pulls out what he says is a magical cloak, you can't see anything but he assures you the cloak is very real and is invisible only to those who are incompetent or scheming, he says it's yours for 1000 gold"

your options are

1. Pay 1000 gold and buy it (-1000 gold)(50% chance of -5 public opinion)
2. Get out of here you trickster
3. To the dungeons with him (+1 prisoner)

Your best option here is to imprison the trickster, if you buy it, you're a fool and deserve the loss of gold and public opinion
