The 'Hello' Encounter is the 15th encounter in the throne room and can only occur if the player allows rabble into their court, has a public opinion of 25 or higher and the slave kingdom law is no enacted.

The encounter text says "you are visited by a townman who says he just wishes to say hello to you"

The encounter text is as follows

• Hello (10% chance of +1 public opinion)
• Say Nothing (nothing happens)
• To the dungeons with him (+1 prisoner)(35% of -1 public opinion)
