The 'Forgive Outlaws' Encounter is the 9th encounter in the throne room and is directly related to the law, forgive outlaws which allows bandits to join Aslona instead of go to jail and forgives those who have committed crimes. This encounter can only happen if the forgive outlaws law is not already enacted.

The encounter text is as follows "you are visited by an armed man who claims to be an outlaw, he offers to pay you " << x << " gold to forgive societies outlaws and allow them to return to Aslona"

The offer of gold varies based on the size of your land, the sum is ((50*Lands) randomised +15) so for example if you have three lands, it would be 150 randomised, meaning any number from 0 to 149, +15, this means this encounter can be lucrative if you have vast lands,

your options are

• Accept the offer (gain the offered gold) (forgive outlaws law is enacted)
• Refuse the offer (nothing happens
• Execute him (choosing this option results in the man begging for his life and offering you the money he would give you to forgive outlaws, to spare him, you may choose to take the money and kill him which has a 50% chance of -1 public opinion, you may take the money and let him go, you may let him go and keep the money or still send him to the dungeons which results in +1 prisoner
• To the dungeons (+1 prisoner)
