The 'Distant Cousin' Encounter is the 59th encounter in the throne room, it will only occur if you allow rabble in your throne room.

the encounter text is as follows "you are visited by a young man who claims to be a distant cousin of yours, he requests you loan him 1000 gold"

1. Give him the 1000 gold (-1000 gold)
2. Give him nothing
3. To the dungeons with him (+1 prisoner)

There is a 1 in 4 chance that giving him the 1000 gold results in a random event occurring within 10 years of the encounter "Your distant cousin who visited your throne room some time ago arrives with an army of X soldiers to assist you"

The amount of soldiers is between 50 and 350.
