The Diplomat Payrise encounter is the 67th encounter in the throne room, this encounter can only occur if you have a diplomat in your court

The payrise cost is randomly generated and can be as low as 1 gold coin and as high as 45 gold coins

the encounter text says "you head diplomat approaches and requests a payrise of x gold"

your options are

1. Agree to the payrise (diplomat wage increases by x)
2. Execute (-1 diplomat)(1 in 2 chance of -1 public opinion)
3. To the dungeons with him (-1 diplomat)(+1 prisoner)(1 in 3 chance of -1 public opinion)
4. Refuse the payrise (25% chance of diplomat leaving you)
