The 'Mother of Dead Soldier' encounter is the 51st encounter in the throne room, it can only occur if you don't have alms for the poor enacted and rabble allowed in your court.

The encounter text is as follows "you are visited by an old woman who claims to be the mother of one of your dead soldiers, she had come on hard times and can no longer afford to eat"

1. Pay her 30 gold (-30 gold)(25% chance of +1 public opinion)
2. refuse to help her
3. to the dungeons with her (50% chance of -1 public opinion)(+1 prisoner)
