The 'Cursed Man' throne room encounter is the 57th encounter, It only occurs if you allow rabble into your throne room,

The encounter text is as follows "you are visited by a man who claims to have been cursed by a witch, he begs for your help and says he requires the elixir of pigment to cure him"

1. Have an alchemist brew the elixir (cost 100 gold) (-100 gold)(+1 public opinion)(curse lifted)
2. Refuse to help him
3. To the Dungeons with him! (+1 prisoner)(50% chance of -1 public opinion)
