The 'Cattleless Farmer' Encounter, is the 45th encounter in the throne room, the encounter can only happen if the player allows rabble in their court and if the kingdom is not a slave kingdom.

The encounter text says "you are visited by a farmer who claims his cattle were killed by wolves, he asks if you could possibly assist him in buying new livestock"

Your options are

• Provide him with 100 gold (50% chance of +1 public opinion)(if you dont have enough money (1 in 3 -1 public opinion)
• Refuse to help (nothing)
• To the dungeons with him (1 in 3 chance of -1 public opinion)(+1 prisoner)
