The blackmarket scum are a group of people who live in the blackmarket, the blackmarket scum are usually weak from dehydration and hunger but happily take jobs in the blackmarket, cleaning, farming, working as servants, sometimes they are recruited into bandit groups in the town or resort to stealing.

The Blackmarket scum can be recruited as peasants but only a few each season will be willing to join you.
