The Aslona Militia is a minor allied faction in Warsim, they are ruled by the Militia master and are made up of peasants from your lands to protect the people.

The Aslona Militia is the primary source of recruiting Peasants into your army, the militia often recruits men during times of fear among the populace however they can disband.

Mercenary Work The Militia can by chance leave your lands and become mercenaries, usually giving themselves a new militia name.

Laws The Militia can be forcefully disbanded by your laws, this will mean you will naturally gain more recruits each turn without having to hire them from the militia, however enacting this law damages your reputation with the people and can warrant further negative reputation further down the line.

Throne Room There is also a throne room encounter relevant to the militia, it requires the militia have at least one member, the encounter is a militia member asking to directly join your army, see here.
