The Slums slavers post is the only place to buy slaves in the Blackmarket, they take random people from the slums population every year and can be outlawed by either yourself or by the ruler of the market if not you.

Slaves are by default sold at 5 gold per head, which is more expensive then the slavers fort but can be an alternative if you have exhausted the slavers fort slaves or if it has been destroyed.

If slavery is outlawed then you can visit the ruins of the slavers post in the blackmarket and the slums population will be untouched.

Slavery will be mentioned in every issue of the Blackmarket Herald, the local procedurally generated newspaper, it is reported in a negative light implying the herald's editors do not like the slavers.

During the century festival the slavers will discount their slaves to 3 gold each, almost 50% off, making them the same price as the slaves in the slavers fort.

If all of the slaves are bought you will get a different screen telling you that the slavers are out hunting for more slaves.

There is also a 1 in 15 chance each year that the slavers fort will buy 100 slaves from the slums if the slavers fort exists and slums have enough slaves.
