The Old wizard tower is a location in the Blackmarket slums, it is referred to most often by children in the blackmarket who seem to enjoy climbing it, the wizards tower is believed to have once been the centre of the Blackmarket and the home of the nasty wizard who ruled it until he and it were destroyed by rebellious bandits who then ruled the market.
