Fort Kullak is a Bandit fort that can be discovered through exploration.

The Fort displays Coastal Archtecture and holds a small garrison of 500 bandits under Gor the Bastard, the fort can be attacked or purchased for the sum of fifty thousand gold after which the player can dismantle the fort or leave a champion there as acting general of the fort and it's forces. doing so will earn the player a flat amount of 25 new soldiers recruited each turn, acting generals can be deposed at any time.

The Fort Originated from the great coastal kingdom that spanned across the entire south, it's the only remnant fortress of the original coastal kingdom following the demon overlords destruction of the south, the New Coastal Kingdom, originally refugees from the events brought on by demons settled in the far south and built a magical wall to protect against demons, their kingdom still goes strong.
