Clan Thickblood was one of the ancient clans of the Northern lands, it was said that they among the other five ancient clans that fell though the reason they fell is not known, it is assumed to be the numerical superiority of the ancient western kingdoms as well as the pressure of forces in the far north and the raiding wildermen.

The Remnants of the Clansmen are said to held the ancient seat of the thickblood and kept it safe from outsiders for centuries until they were met by a travelling brewer, it wasn't long before the ancient seat of House Thickblood became the thickblood tavern, one of the most well known places in the North, There are no known descendants of the thickbloods but there are several bandits and raiders who claim to be descendants.
