The Black Opal is a permanently docked ship and a visitable location in the Blackmarket Dockrow, the ship is noted as being strange and foriegn, the ship occasionally has a special shanty show on board that can be seen for 100 gold, the Black Opal shanty can be seen in a variety of places, such as being summoned to your court or appearing during a celebration, however it was first shown exclusively on the ship.

During the Blackmarket century festival the entry fee to hear the shanty is free, the shanty shows a crew of various races singing a classic sea shanty 'Roll the Old Chariot Along'
