UO files updates

1. A list of files for which there is an actual update.

2. Progress with update progress.

3. Check updates - request for checking for updates.

4. Apply updates - apply available updates.

5. Cancel download - cancel the download of updates.

6. Open network log - open the log dialog with information about all network requests and errors that occurred while working with the network.
