Story

Bill is 40 years old and work at the Department of Transportation. One of his jobs is to migrate public reports that are posted on twitter to the DOT reporting system. However, it is winter and there is a lot of reports coming in from twitter about potholes. Bill’s boss says there’s a lot of reports on potholes coming in so reply to them first. Bill starts replying to the reports and entering them into the DOT reporting system. After, the 10th report, an hour has past & he is tired. Bill realizes the pothole reports require repetitive steps. He has to reply to tweeted reports, collect data like location & pictures from the tweet and send the data to the DOT reporting system which will be marked for review. Bill wants to finish the potholes reports so he can get to his next task but it takes time to look for only pothole reports & migrate them to their system.
