Someone must respond to Slack messages within 12 hours. You do not need to know the answer to reply. Everyone must react to a message to show that you have seen it, or reply with text.

Questions

For questions not in a direct message, even when a person is mentioned, anyone can answer the question. At the very least, everyone should view the question. Everyone must react to the question to show that they have seen it.
