The President is the Head of State.

The President is elected via a server-wide two turn election system every two months.

 In the first turn all the candidates that want to participate in the election are put on the ballot If no candidates reach a majority of votes, a second turn is held with only the two candidates that received the most votes in the first turn

• The President is a member of the senate
• The President may not be a member of the house of representatives
• The President may veto bills in the senate
• The President may sign and pass executive orders that may be countered by a majority vote in the senate
• The President may appoint one judge at the beginning of their term to be part of the Council of Judges
