Anyone should be allowed to say anything, without being physically harmed. It´s the only way, because we cannot say before hand what is hate, what is stupidity.

Communication is almost ALWAYS a good thing.

But you cannot group together to DO nasty things to people who say or do stuff you don´t like. Or exchange information in any way to do this. This is conspiracy to commit a crime. There is a dangerous grey area there. But alas it should stay grey. But this is the only exception we can make.

This ensures a free press AND gives a lot of noise. But a free press can give information. Fact checking must become a news-agents JOB. Else it must be lumped under opinions or speculation. People will still want to read it, if you tell them it´s not based on facts. Deception, click-baiting and sensationalism should land news in a different category. News should be a protected form of information. (Information somebody may not want to come out)

All Advertisement should be limited Information that seeks to influence should be typed as such.

We should attempt to limit the efficiency of indoctrination, propaganda, marketing and lies by educating people about their psychological vulnerabilities, but also legislate what you can and cannot say, within categories

Show people how they can be influenced, and if they choose to be. No problem.

Taking offense

Anyone can take offense at anything. We cannot make laws for that. We can make laws for disturbance of the peace and stuff.. But we should be carefull this doesn´t make everybody guilty of something. (The policeman´s view).
