How menu items work with Kettle files
As of ver. 0.7.0.9, the menu items regarding Kettle files behave as follows:

Note that Repository includes Pentaho Repository and other Repositories (i.e., Database Repository and File Repository) and that VFS (Virtual File System) includes Local, S3, HDFS, MapRFS.
