References
Below, you will find quite a few references I have compiled for HTML, CSS, JS, PHP and Website Development. I have used myself most of these services and I recommend playing around in it to find the site or tutorial that "clicks" with you. While it's true paid tutorials exist, I don't usually recommend shelling out money, for hobbyist coders or beginners, since all the information you need already exists for free. However, to give credit where it's due, it's true that paid tutorials normally include larger-scale projects and walk you through them, which you cannot find for free.
Ultimately, it all comes down to practice. No matter how old you are, how experienced you are in any given language, practice is key. It's what helps you develop your own skills while also accomplishing tasks or creating things that, if not useful, are at least something you can enjoy or look back at with pride.
