System log should be resource friendly.

  • 2987 Activity Log: size warning and option to schedule periodic automated resets

Also logging system should:

  • Enable/Disable which log to be recorded

    • 105045 View Schwartz error log
    • 31115 Record permission changes

Some of the important logs should be shown in the message center.
