VirtualHMD Configuration

1. Open %appdata%/PSVRSERVICE/HMDManagerConfig.json
2. Set "virtual_hmd_count" to 1
3. Launch dist/Win64/release/bin/PSVRConfigTool.exe
4. Make sure your PSVR headset is on and has visible tracking lights
5. Open the "Calibrate HMD Tracking Colors" tool under "Tracker Settings"

7. Open the "Test LED Model" under the HMD Settings
8. Hopefully you can see the Virtual HMD tracking
