Appendix A: Sprint 1 Work Plan - Hinduino/CareerConnect GitHub Wiki

For Sprint 1, we use Jira to organize our work and keep track of everyone's progress. Each story or task includes:

• Issue Number: Each issue has its own Jira number, such as SCRUM-1.
• Issue Title: A short title explaining what needs to be done.
• Issue Type: Shows whether the issue is a User Story or a Task.
• Responsible Member: We discuss the work as a team, and the person in charge of Jira assigns each issue to the appropriate team member.
• Target Completion Date: Each issue has a deadline so we can stay on track throughout the sprint.
• Priority: Issues are marked as High, Medium, or Low. High-priority work is handled first.
• Current Status: We track the progress of each issue using In Progress, In Review, In Test, and Done.
