Units in FemCad scripting
FemCad works with basic SI units (complete reference see here). For any other input one can use the array of units listed below. It basically means that one uses conversion to basic units.
example
length := 10 * Unit.mm
angle := 15 * Unit.deg
time := 1.5 * Unit.hr
The above examples says that for example variable angle
has a value of 15 degrees, internally converted into radians by multiplier Unit.deg
which is 0.01745
.
The array of all units is printed in output with command Unit.List
.
