Install license on the appliance
New-HPOVLicense [-LicenseKey] <String> [-ApplianceConnection] <Object> [<CommonParameters>]New-HPOVLicense [-File] <String> [-ApplianceConnection] <Object> [<CommonParameters>]This cmdlet will install licenses on the appliance.
