• Record every addition in Changelog (dated bullet, current month on top; keep Home Latest Updates to the ~6 most recent).
• New in-depth reviews also go in the Reviews catalog.
• The sidebar stays top-level only — per-paper links live on venue pages and in Reviews.
• Source discipline: numbers must be verified against the paper (arXiv/OpenReview/official program); label abstract-only pages as such.
