Accepted File Extensions: .bin .cue .img .mdf

Place your PlayStation ROMs in

\.emulationstation\roms\psx

The BIOS file is named scph5500.bin, scph5501.bin, scph5502.bin

Place scph5500.bin, scph5501.bin, scph5502.bin in

\.emulationstation\systems\retroarch\content

you can rename scph1001.bin and scph1002.bin to scph5501.bin, scph5502.bin respectively if you don't have scph5501.bin, scph5502.bin.

Creating a cue file:

FILE "Castlevania.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

then save it as Castlevania.cue - of course you'll modify it for each game as needed. Make sure the file names are EXACT- case and everything.

Add different bios' that you've tested and tell the community if it works or not.
