The Niard (new in version 0.3) is the opposite of the drain. It places liquids into the world.

Put it over a hole, supply it with RF and some liquid, and see the hole fill up with the liquid.

Upgrade it with capacitors to fill bigger holes. Without an upgrade, it will only fill below it. With the double-layer capacitor, it will fill a 3x3 hole. Fully upgraded it will fill a 7x7 hole. The depth of the hole is not limited.

Some liquids cannot be placed into the world. Liquid XP is one of them.
