• Records minutes for Scrum meetings

DevOps: Hongyu Li

• Manages development environment setup and maintenance
• Handles version control and GitLab repository management
• Sets up and maintains automated testing frameworks
• Ensures code integration and deployment processes run smoothly
• Troubleshoots technical environment issues
• Supports the team with technical infrastructure needs

Product Owner: Muchen Li

• Represents stakeholder interests and manages product backlog
• Defines user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prioritizes features based on business value
• Makes decisions about product features and functionality
• Accepts or rejects work results at the end of each sprint
