This offers a template which may be helpful in presenting options to the User Team for selection of a project for the winter of 2015-2016. Value propositions should be strongly stated, and defensible. See Project Focus Options for a possible starting point for developing value propositions.
Value Propositions are statements of
- Relevancy (solves problems or improves situation)
- Quantified value (specific benefits)
- Differentiation (why alternatives are less compelling)
which compel the consumer to use the product
