Background
Project Flamingo was setup to improve the actionability of reporting for Help Refugees. It's aim is to review the reporting process and create tools to improve the consistency of data collection. By doing this we believe that we can empower funding and implementing partners to be able to take better, evidence based, decisions - ensuring that resources are spent where they are most needed.
Through a period of Discovery and Framing, we are initially focussing on a reporting tool to allow us to centralise reporting for Help Refugees, look to improve reporting quality and timeliness, and provide a baseline for further tools that can be integrated into our application to improve data collection.
