The Fennec fox is a small feline native to Africa.

Fennec fox are uncommon spawns in hot desert biomes. They spawn in groups of 1-2. Male and females are equally likely to spawn, and are not sexually dimorphic.

The Fennnec fox is a medium speed, neutral animal; they are aware of the player, but generally unbothered by their presence unless their pups are attacked.

Fennec fox can be captured and transported with either capture nets or capture cages.

The Fennec fox can be tamed with omnivore kibble.

Fennec fox have 5 hearts (10 points) of health, can deal 0.5 heart (1 points) of damage, and drop 1 small meat upon death.

The Fennec fox is a small animal with modest food needs. They eat an omnivore diet. With the exception of animal byproducts and some toxic fruits, omnivorous animals can eat almost every food in the game, including cooked meat and prepared foods.

Fennec fox can use scented ball, sprinkler, heat rock, ball-pit and beef ice treat enrichment items.

The Fennec fox is a small fertility species, and can be bred with small meat. As medium-sized animals they have a gestation period of 40000 ticks, and give birth to 2-4 pups that will take 3 1/3 minecraft days to reach adulthood.

Fennec fox have 3 natural variants: Moroccan, Mauritanian & Sudanese. There is also a Leucistic variant, which is breed-only and does not spawn naturally.
