###This Profile defines the DiagnosticReport Profile which is the entry point for Bacterial Culture and Susceptibility reporting
Based on DAF-Core/US-Core plus additional and USlab (LRI) and US-Core Micro Report constraints (in italics):
- a status
- a identifier (Filler)
- a category code of ‘LAB’
- micro category code as a translation
- a code (preferably a LOINC code) which tells you what is being measured
- a patient
- a time indicating when the specimen was collected
- a time indicating when the measurement was reported
- who issued the report
- at least one result
- (for a final status)
- The request(order) for the test
Each micro report [must support](http://hl7.org/FHIR/us/daf/2016Sep/daf-core.html#Definitions, Interpretations and Requirements common to all DAF actors):
