There are three bosses that must be killed in order to obtain the highest Tiers of Wands.

Technomancer

You must create an altar to summon this Boss. The altar is an Iron block with 8 Gold Blocks surrounding it. To activate the altar, you must right-click the Iron Block with a Wand that has no less than 1500 Tech, Greed, Golem and Knowledge Aura.

Health : 1200

Phase 1 (1200 Health) : Shoots Lasers that damage you by 2 Hearts and energy beams that pull you closer to him. The boss doesn't move during this phase, he only turns around.

Phase 2 (600 Health) : Shoots Lasers that damage you by 4 Hearts and shoots energy beams that pull you closer and push you away. The boss doesn't move during this phase, he only turns around.

Phase 3 (300 Health): Shoots Lasers that damage you by 8 Hearts and shoots energy beams that pull you closer and push you away. The boss teleports to a random location within 15 blocks (like a dragon egg) every 5 Seconds.

Archangel

You must create an altar to summon this Boss. The altar is an Aumwood Plank with 8 Glass surrounding it. To activate the altar, you must right-click the Aumwood Plank with a Wand that has no less than 1500 Holy, Magic, Beast and Spirit Aura.

Health : 1000

Phase 1 (1000)

Fires Fireball and Lightning spells at the player whilst unable to move.

Phase 2 (700)

Fires Fireball and Lightning spells at the player whilst casting the blink spell, teleporting to a random location within a 15 blocks (Like a dragon Egg) every 10 seconds.

Phase 3 (200)

Fires Fireball and Lightning spells at the player whilst casting the blink spell, teleporting to a random location within a 15 blocks (Like a dragon Egg) every 10 seconds. Archangel can also launch you up into the air and cast Earth spells to protect itself.

Defender Golem

You must complete a task to summon this Boss. The task is to kill Iron Golems. for every Golem you kill, the chance of the Defender Golem spawning increases by 8%. He will always spawn within 120 blocks of the player and will display 'Defender Golem has been summoned!' in the chat. This boss is byfar the hardest of the three to defeat. Once spawned, the spawn chance for the Defender Golems will drop back to 0%.

Health : 2200

Phase 1 (2200)

Charges at the player to inflict a massive 6 hearts of damage on contact.

Phase 2 (1400)

Charges at the player to inflict a massive 8 hearts of damage on contact. Throws Minion Golems at the player that attack the player for 1 heart on contact. These Minion Golems have 2 hearts of health.

Phase 3 (600)

Charges at the player to inflict a massive 10 hearts of damage on contact. Throws Minion Golems at the player that attack the player for 3 hearts on contact. These Minion Golems have 2 hearts of health. Fires lasers out of it's eyes that sets entities on fire and damage them by 3 hearts.
