Overview

The Village is the second area of the Vertical Slice, just after the Crossroads. After the player has finished exploring the Village, they will venture forth into the Woods in an attempt to reach the Lumbermill.

Gameplay

Like the Crossroads, the village doesn't present any challenge for the player. It only acts as a space to interact with character for dialogue and narrative context. It's slightly more open than the previous area.
