From a USB boot flash: the video instruction is here. You might also need a flasher like rufus if you use your own Windows images. You will also need at least an 8 GB USB flash drive. To access the boot menu on a Xiaomi laptop, you would typically use the F12 key. If there's an option when booting from USB - choose the UEFI version. No key -> Win 10 home
