Booking rooms at CBMR

Rooms at CBMR can be booked with the KU mail calendar.

You book by creating an event and then inviting a given room. If the room is available, you should receive a confirmation mail shortly after sending the event.

The names of the rooms on the 8th floor are:

• Big meeting room by the common area: SUND-Lokale-07-8-145A
• Small meeting room closest to the elevator: SUND-Lokale-07-8-M1
• Small meeting room closest to the toilet: SUND-Lokale-07-8-M2

The other large meetings rooms are:

• Big meeting room on the 6th floor: SUND-Lokale-07-6-145A
• Medium meeting on the 7th floor: SUND-Lokale-07-7-143A
